A 30% non-refundable reservation fee and a signed contract are needed to reserve your quote as a booked order.
We will do site inspections upon reservation if needed. Events Unlimited can provide aerial site maps of tent sites as well as to-scale interior layouts to help in the planning process. There is no additional fee for this service.
Final head counts are due 10 days before the event. At that time we will revise the existing order to reflect the change in guests. Final payment is due at that time.
Tents and rentals get delivered together. Tents are usually set up the Wednesday or Thursday before the event. We give an estimated time frame for delivery (usually 3-4 hours) but please keep in mind that everything really revolves around the weather. It is not uncommon for the rain to delay our set up schedule so please, whenever possible, be flexible as installing a tent in the rain is usually difficult.
No, all of Events Unlimited tents are installed by our staff. All pricing include basic set up and breakdown fees associated with the install however if there are out of the ordinary needs i.e. if our staff needs to hand carry items to a ceremony site that is not truck accessible or walk things up stairs, an additional labor fee will be charged. In most circumstances these things are figured out before the day of install however sometimes we can run into surprises. It is best to let our staff know any specifics about the site before we arrive to set up.
Yes, typically for indoor venues that require specific days for deliveries as much as possible we will adhere to them. Please let our staff know ahead of time what the venue requires so we can make sure we plan our schedule appropriately.
Typically whomever is running your event will do set up day-of however with prior notice Events Unlimited can set up and break down tables and chairs for an additional fee.
When doing an event outdoors power is always something to think about. A few quick things to think about: How far away is the power source from the tent site? How many amps of power does your event need (Events Unlimited can provide the amperage of our equipment in the planning process)? We do rent different sized events generators. It is important to speak with your venue to find out if a generator rental is required and what they are supplying as far as electricity.
Events Unlimited has a worksheet specifically designed for caterers. We are happy to speak with your catering company to walk them through our inventory. We have a full line of catering and service equipment including cooking equipment such as double door industrial sized convection ovens and 6 burner range tops.
Events Unlimited has a 2,000 square foot showroom centrally located in the Hudson Valley. Showroom visits are by appointment only even during regular business hours. If a weekend appointment is require please email us your available days and time and someone will get back to you promptly to schedule a time to come in. In the showroom our staff will work with you on finding your perfect tabletop and do a sample table setting so you can see what the finished product will look like.
